FROM THE GROUND UP is a two day workshop that takes place from 10am - 4pm over a weekend.

Age?
From The Ground Up is for teens aged 14 - 18 years old.

What do the students need to bring?
We will provide all the equipment, though it would be a good idea to bring a pen and pad
for notes and wear comfortable clothing.

Parents can purchase lunch boxes in advance of the course for £5.
This includes a sandwich, juice box, fresh fruit and biscuits. Otherwise, students can bring their own lunch.

What equipment do we bring?
As well as our expertise, our two staff will bring a Sony Z7 HDV Camera, tripod,
microphone and boom, Arri film lighting and laptop with editing software to cut together the scene.

What does it cost?
The workshop costs £80 per student. This covers both days and includes insurance for the pupils to use all
equipment and a copy of the scene the students have created on DVD.

How many students?
Each group will have approximately 20 students.
