Nellie has been employed in many aspects of film and television since 1993 when she made her television debut at the age of seven. Starting her career in Australia as a professional actress, she moved to London to work as a Marketing Associate for Clear Channel Entertainment. She then moved to Back Row Productions and has recently finished working on Priscilla, Queen of the Desert the Musical as Production Co-Ordinator.
Nellie joined Grass Roots Media in 2006 when she won the public voting competition "The Next Big Thing." As a result, Nellie played the role of Zoe in The Script and the Rose which was co-produced with Grass Roots Media and BBC Hereford and Worcester. Nellie also produced and played Zoe in The London Affair, when it was reshot for the internet.
Both in front of and behind the camera, Nellie has been fortunate enough to work on productions such as Ron Howard’s The Da Vinci Code, The Bill, The Catherine Tate Show, Eastenders as well as working with such artists as Groove Armarda, Ministry of Sound, Razorlight and more. Nellie has been involved as producer for all Grass Roots Media productions since 2006.
